North Carolina Baptist Hospital celebrated its Silver Anniversary of its opening on May 28, 1948. A birthday cake was lighted for those who had been with the hospital from the very start in 1923. Standing L-R: Reid Holmes, Olivia Hall and Edna Heinzerling. Seated L-R: E.L. Davis Sr. and Mrs. J.J. Roddick.
