Second Lieutenant Roy Graham in the United States Army Reserve and also the second male to enroll in North Carolina Baptist Hospital’s School of Anesthesia for Nurses. Roy states right before his 1965 graduation: “I ask no special favors, I’ll do anything expected of any other RN - male for female.”
