Block of buildings on Liberty, Fifth and Trade Streets demolished for the transit center, 1995. Photo shows buildings in the 100 block of W. Fifth Street. The building that housed Love’s Shoe Shine and Eboney Bail Bonds was built around 1914 by the Gilmer Brothers for their bakery business. The building to its left housed Lindley Photo Co. from 1956-1992.
