Dedication of Alumnae Hall of Salem College, 1948. Standing at the door at right are Mrs. Kenneth (Mae) Mountcastle, Bishop Howard Rondthaler, Mrs. Jefferson Penn and Mrs. W. K. (Miriam) Hoyt. The building was named the Annie Spencer Penn Alumnae House.
