  1. This is my great-grandfather. He immigrated from Greece,married an American, and had 3 daughters and 1 son. The eldest daughter is still living in Kernersville (Helen Contos Rike). His son, John N. Contos became the proprietor of a meat store in downtown WS which was later moved to the Easton community and then moved again when 311 claimed his land. The remaining Thriftway Meats is on Waughtown street.
