The Phoenix Hotel is on the corner of Fourth and Liberty Streets.The sidewalk clock at lower right advertised the Charles F. Sapp watchmaking and jewelry business at 9 1/2 W. Fourth Street. The Confederate Monument is at left on Courthouse Square.
