Adelaide Lisetta Fries

Adelaide Lisetta Fries (1871-1949), the daughter of John William Fries and Agnes Fries nee de Schweinitz, dedicated her life to the preservation of the history of her church and community. Appointed archivist for the Moravian Church, Winston-Salem, in 1911, she held the position for nearly forty years.
