Frank L. Horton (1918-2004) was instrumental in the restoration of the Historic Town of Salem and a co-founder, with his mother, Theo L. Taliaferro, of the Museum of Early Southern Decorative Arts at Old Salem. He is seen here with the MESDA collection in storage during construction of a new wing for the museum.
