  1. The tall steeple on the left of the street is the Old Centenary Methodist Church. It was located on North Liberty at Sixth Street.

  2. The Steeple shown in the photo is the Old Centenary Methodist Church located at N. Liberty and Sixth Streets. A new church was built at 646 West Fifth Street in 1932, merging the congregations of West End Methodist and Centenary.
