Sam Hickerson is Honored

Sam Hickerson, whose title was supervisor of patron attendants in 1993 at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, was honored by Goler Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church for his work in the community. Sam is still employed in 2007 with the Medical Center and is manager of the valet parking service. If you have ever been anywhere in the discharge area of the North Carolina Baptist Hospital, chances are you have met or caught a glimpse of Mr. Hickerson. He is immediately recognizable by his joyous smile, his cap and his caring attitude towards patients and visitors.
